  3. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a roller skating class booked through the Website, you must notify The Roller Academy at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class. The Roller Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your rescheduling request, subject to availability.
  4. Cancellations: Please note that classes cannot be canceled outright. However, if you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may request a rescheduling as per the conditions outlined in point (3) above.
  5. Refunds: The Roller Academy does not offer refunds for purchased subscriptions, classes and missed classes. Instead, you have the option to reschedule the class within the stipulated time frame.
  6. Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a scheduled class without providing a rescheduling request at least 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the class and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  7. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, The Roller Academy reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions will be made at the sole discretion of The Roller Academy.
  8. Non-Transferability: Bookings made through the Website are non-transferable to any other person without prior written consent from The Roller Academy.

Please note that rescheduling requests can be made by contacting The Roller Academy directly through the provided contact information on the Website. The availability of alternative class dates and times for rescheduling is subject to the discretion and availability of The Roller Academy.
