Experience: 10 years professional speed skater and 6 years skating coach

Languages: English and Spanish

Nationality: Colombia

As a roller skate coach with over six years of experience training children, I deeply understand how to teach the fundamentals of roller skating to young learners effectively.

In addition to my extensive coaching experience and athletic background, I am bilingual, speaking native Spanish and English fluently. This allows me to effectively communicate with children from diverse backgrounds, and ensure that all of my students understand the instructions and feedback I provide during the training.

My primary goal as a coach is to help children develop their roller skating skills in a fun and enjoyable environment.

Whether your child is just starting out or looking to take their skills to the next level, I am dedicated to providing a supportive and challenging training experience that will help them reach their full potential in roller skating.

Personal Info

Experience: 19 years inline speed skater and 10 years skating coach

Languages: English and Spanish

Nationality: Colombia

I began my sports career at the age of 6 in artistic skating, competing in various amateur championships for 2 years, which provided me with valuable experience. Following this, I took up inline hockey, a highly engaging team sport, practicing it at an amateur level. At the age of 11, I discovered speed skating and instantly fell in love with it. This sport taught me to be strong both physically and mentally. I explored new places, met new people, and learned the importance of perseverance.

My sports achievements include being the departmental champion at the Cundinamarca level and being selected for the Cundinamarca team.

After retiring from competitive sports, I began my professional career in sports training. For 3 years, I worked to establish the municipality’s skating school, training departmental champions and Cundinamarca team members. I coached athletes from beginner to competitive levels, leading several to become district, national champions, and members of the Colombian national team 🇨🇴

Six years ago, I founded my own speed skating school in Colombia, where the formative teaching of skating continues to improve to this day.
