Overview:

The Roller Academy is an inline/roller skating school in Malta, dedicated to teaching the art of skating to children, teens, and adults. We offer a range of classes, from beginner to advanced levels, in various scenic locations across Malta. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and skilled inline skating instructors who are passionate about working with children and imparting safe skating practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct/Assist inline skating lessons for children and possibly teens and adults based on their skill levels.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Plan and execute engaging training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of training equipment.
• Enforce safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inline skating, with a strong ability to perform and teach various skating techniques.
• Previous experience working with children in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good level of English is required. Any additional language is considered an asset
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching and engaging students.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Mobility to attend the different classes all over Malta is considered an asset.
