Bookings at any location must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance before begin of the lesson.

The classes can be payed by credit card or PayPal in the booking process.

What are the refund and cancellation policies?

Classes and Monthly Passes are not refundable and can not be canceled. Reschedules are possible 24hrs before the beginning of the class.
When the class can not be held due to bad weather or other reasons your booking will be rescheduled.

Where is my booking confirmation E-Mail?

It might happen that your confirmation E-Mail landed in your spam folder. Please double-check and mark the E-Mail as no spam. The following E-Mails should go directly into your regular mailbox.
